• Multilac offers heavily subsidized meals to all our staff, priced at a nominal Rs.
10.00, ensuring accessible and affordable dining options

• Our staff enjoys complimentary or heavily discounted access to Multilac paints, making quality products available at minimal costs.

• We extend a staff loan program, offering zero-interest loans or grants based on tenure and contributions, empowering our team members to meet their financial goals.

• In the unfortunate event of a team member’s passing, our comprehensive Death Donation Scheme provides monetary support to the employee’s family, including in-laws.

• We offer educational assistance to our employees’ children, providing school books annually and awarding scholarships to those who excel in university entrance exams like GCE A/Ls.

• Our team members seeking to make substantial investments such as home purchases, land acquisitions or refurbishments can receive financial backing or grants as needed.

• We are committed to ensuring that no Multilac team member is denied necessary medical care due to financial constraints. We provide financial support to address any health-related concerns our employees may encounter.

• In light of the economic challenges brought about by the pandemic, Multilac has initiated the distribution of periodic dry ration packs to our team members in lower income brackets, ensuring access to essential food supplies.

• Given the current economic situation in the country, our management team has taken proactive steps to provide monetary assistance in the form of an Economic Relief Allowance to all employees. This additional benefit is separate from their regular monthly salary, reflecting our commitment to supporting our workforce during challenging times.

• We have established an exclusive medical program to ensure that essential healthcare services are accessible to those who require them.

• At Multilac, we are dedicated to assisting our team members throughout various life stages. To align with this commitment, we provide expectant female team members with a specialised nutrition package during pregnancy.

• We firmly believe in acknowledging hard work, especially at the beginning of a new year. Our team members’ year-long contributions are celebrated through annual ‘New Year Gifts’ and ‘Cash Gifts’ in addition to extra gifts on January 1st.

• While we deeply value our team members’ dedication to their work, we also emphasize on the importance of spending quality time with their families, particu- larly during festive seasons. To facilitate this, we grant our team members’ 10 days of paid leave during the New Year season in April.

• For those engaged in hazardous tasks, we provide paid maternity leave in addition to the statutory leave entitlement.

• During production sessions, we offer evening snacks to keep our team members energised and motivated.

• To encourage our team members to push their boundaries and explore their capa- bilities, we offer unique incentives during production sessions.

• Further exclusive incentives are provided to inspire exceptional performance in production-related tasks.

• In the event of a work-related accident occurring during working hours, we offer paid leave to ensure our team members’ well-being.
