1. Surface Condition Check:
- Ensure the surface is dry, clean, and free from defects.
- New plaster should be fully cured for 28 days.
- Cleaning:
- Remove all dust, grease, loose paint, fungus, or efflorescence using:
- Wire brush, sandpaper, or water jet.
- Treat biological growth with Multilac Anti-Fungal Wash.
- Repair & Leveling:
- Fill cracks, holes, or undulations using Multilac Interior Wall Putty.
- Let it dry and sand the surface to a smooth finish.
- Priming:
- Apply one coat of Multilac Acrylic Wall Primer (Water-based) or Acrylic Wall Primer Sealer.
- Allow 4–6 hours drying before applying the topcoat.
- Application of Sheen Emulsion:
- Stir the Jet Black emulsion well before use.
- Apply 2 coats using a brush, roller, or spray.
- Maintain a 4–6 hour drying interval between coats.
- Ensure even coverage for consistent colour depth, especially for dark shades like black.
